shipping policy

Each item holds a different processing time. We ship most orders within 1 to 4 business days. Items such as press on nail and clothing ship in 2 to 6 business days. Please note custom orders may take up to 8 business days to ship as the items are customized specifically for you. However, you will receive the estimated processing time when placed.

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight, size and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple packages if unavailable or on back order.

 

*Free Shipping is for first class packages only if under $200(before tax).

 

United States

  • All orders are subject to shipping charges. There is not a minimum to order. We will choose the best and most cost-effective way to ship your products. Some products may only ship Priority.

  • We currently use FedEx and US Post Office. 

  • Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Alaska by ground are subject to the carrier’s normal delivery time. You can always choose to expedite your order next or second day air with additional costs. However, The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts orders containing hazardous materials from being shipped by air.

International

  • Shipments outside the continental United States (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Alaska) are subject to the international carriers shipping rate.  All rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Duties, taxes, VAT and import costs are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are set by the country of destination, based on the shipment value and class of goods. Those fees will be collected directly from the carrier. Please contact your local government for questions related to import taxes and duties.

  • We Ship Everywhere.

Pick-up or No-Contact Delivery

  • $2 Convenience Fee may apply.

  • Pick-up is available our shipping center in Southfield, if you select the option at checkout. We will contact you to let you know what time frame for the pick-up.

Additional information

  • We can only ship to your permanent address. We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts

  • We ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.

  • Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

  • Please note Shasia Beauty is not responsible for any lost ,delayed and missing mail. Once an item ships we are no longer responsible for the item. To insure your items you may purchase this in a seperate listing.

return & exchange policy

CURRENTLY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR PROVIDE REFUNDS. 

However if the following has occurred please contact us.

Please note: Shortage, discrepancy or damage in a shipment must be reported within 3 business days. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved.

 

To ensure full credit, please keep in mind these important points when returning an item:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable shipping method (we recommend FedEx or the US Postal Service  insured mail) to:

  • All returns must be authorized to be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number please email :SHASIABEAUTY@GMAIL.COM Title email as" Return Authorization Approval".

  • We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box.

  • Product(s) should be:

    • Returned within 10 days from shipping date,

  • Shipping charges are refunded* only when the wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival from Shasia Beauty. This does not include shipping carriers.

  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box.

  • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.

  • All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.

  • When purchased by the case, but return less than case quantity, the refund will not be issued.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipments mailed by Shasia Beauty.

  • Products are sold for Public Use unless it is  WHOLESALE . We reserve the right to verify and ask for proof of your current professional license such as salon owner, cosmetology, nail technician, instructor, student. Any false statement will void your rights for return or claims.

  • Some returned items are subject to restocking fee of 10% *Order is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address.

  • *Following items cannot be returned: crystals, acrylic. gel ,nail brushes, furniture/decor ,varnishes, sanitary items,all equipment and parts (nail lights, dryers)

  • *No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders; these are considered final sales.

  • Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged .

  • We will issue a refund within 10 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
